Whistle.fyi is a project of Overtone Projects LLC. You can view artist alerts in the app without texts. These SMS terms apply only if you check the optional consent box and enter your mobile number. Agreeing to texts is not required to use Whistle.

Program description
You can review artist alerts in the app without texts. If you check the consent box and provide a mobile number, Whistle also sends non-marketing SMS when an artist you follow is jumping on TikTok, plus one confirmation when you start tracking. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages. You pick up to three artists from our live list.
SMS terms
These terms apply only if you check the consent box and provide a mobile number. You must be 18 or older and own that number. You agree to receive non-marketing automated texts from Whistle: jump alerts for artists you follow, and one confirmation when you start tracking. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You will usually receive a few messages per week or fewer, only when someone you follow jumps, plus one confirmation when you start tracking.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to any Whistle text to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also email support@whistle.fyi.

Whistle is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed texts, carrier filtering, or decisions you make from an alert.
