Whistle.fyi is a project of Overtone Projects LLC. This Privacy Policy describes what Whistle collects when you use the app, and what it collects only if you opt in to SMS alerts.
Information we collect
Your first name, email address, and the artists you choose to follow (up to three). If you opt in to texts, we also collect your mobile phone number and the time you opted in. If you continue without texts, we do not collect a phone number and we do not text you.
How we use it
We use your name, email, and artist choices to show alerts in the app. If you check the consent box and provide a mobile number, we use that number to send non-marketing Whistle SMS: a jump alert when an artist you follow takes off on TikTok, and one confirmation when you start tracking. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies. You will usually receive a few messages per week or fewer, only when someone you follow jumps, plus one confirmation when you start tracking. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile number sharing
We do not sell your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any Whistle text to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Email support@whistle.fyi to request deletion of your account.
